Anyone who got a great offer while working in a company that you have recently joined? Need your help to decide whether to join new company.
I have recently started to work in a company which is a comparatively smaller company as compared to the offer from the new company which is one of the largest conglomerates. It has been just 1 month I started working in the company at a good position and good exposure. Now I recently got an offer from this giant at the same designation but 4 lacs less than my current salary. Should I join this giant as it might boost my resume? I need tips as to how should I tell my current company that I need to leave them and get an immediate release without making them angry?
Kuch bhil bol de bhai…mujhe samajh nahi aa raha, time off le raha hu, personal venture kuch bhi Badi company ke jao aur waha raho jo naukri pe atleast talwar na latki rahe (however thats not true always)
The work you do, the results you achieve, will add more to your resume than a big brand where you have unknowns of whether you will be given good work, good exposure.
