I'm going to the office 2 days per week. For Q4, when I asked about promotion my manager told me your going to office percentage is very low so you are not eligible. But from January onwards I'm going office some week 3 times so might be due to that I'm eligible or my manager raise the exception for Q1 promotion not sure. Now my designation was updated yesterday.
