Anyone who completed 2 year in tcs joined through campus hiring, and what's the anniversary appraisal recieved.

I have completed 1 year and I have not received

Completed 2 years. Anniversary hike was 5% for 4.3 rating

Generally 20k annually used to increase by default. But what's condition now I am not aware.
