I am using this app. The core feature it provide is the expense tracker. Along with it, you can buy gold, invest in MF, they sell insurance and many other stuffs. One day I saw some duplicate transactions got added up which had same reference number. I was already using some other expense tracker which were much better than this. So I decided to press “delete account” button which took me to their whatsapp where they denied to delete my account.
The customer support is also not professional. They will only reply to the messages which they want to reply.
Once you register, you are trapped. Expense tracker in Jupiter/IND money. Now that Account Aggregator framework is live, there would be many companies having this expense tracker on their app.
I am waiting for Cred app to build this which will combine both UPI as well as credit card spends.
In their privacy policy, they have written they won’t sell your financial data though.
But Play store clearly mentions it.
