Considering as a second option to US, given the condition remains the same/worsens under trump I'll prefer Europe. Mostly it's just me identifying and connecting with the internal teams based there. Need to be careful about the compensation expectations depending on the country, like Spain has pretty low compensation. Just do some research based on your preferences and set low/medium expectations. EU laws are still not as technically forward and lenient as in the US so you gotta be patient a lot of times, that's what I mostly hear from ppl who moved to EU from india in Amazon in my field
