Trending @Capgemini; Anyone tried retrieving a Form 60 from Capgemini for BH passing? My base is Pune, Talwade. I need this document asap for my new car. Help!

I have raised it through the India Application Portal in the Talent portal. My manager has approved and it says it is with the ACIS team i believe, but it has been more than a week.
Do you know how long it takes?
