Anyone there who wants to switch from tcs ?

I am thinking of switching my job from tcs to another company. My skills are Angular, javascript, HTML, CSS, JIRA, GitHub. Now I am getting 7.9 CTC with 3.1 yrs of experience. Is it okay to switch or can I stay with this salary.

I am a bit confused any suggestions will be appreciated 😊.

Switch!! Any time you see a good opportunity or opening try to switch . Don’t give in on your comfort zone . Besides 3YOE is good time to switch.
