Anyone Tapping to nearest location in tcs.
Actually my project location in tcs is mumbai everyone my manager pmo team sits in Mumbai but I am in pune and one other employee is in pune from my project bahut she work from different office in pune can I work from Indore office as my father’s health is not that good and I am the only son in my family so I gone to Indore office and tapping in Indore office of tcs without informing my manager and I am working fine from there no one is asking me where you are working can I do that for months ? Can anybody tell me what can I do in this situation.
I have the same case I also need to swipe from other locations apart from the base location. I have asked the Manager and she said yes on team chat. I have No odc and no seat allocation.
You have to Inform your manager at some point coz anytime hr cah audit and when he/she will ask about it action can be taken against you.. So inform ur project so that you can say that you have their permission
Manager and HR will only ruin the situation further, they exist to torture, don't expect any support from their end.
Don't do that, you will soon receive a warning email from HR and your manager will be tagged. Then you will be micromanaged and forced to work for 7-9 hours from the assigned odc or office. Lots of people are facing this now..
