Anyone swiping from a non-base location?

Hey folks, Quick question — I’m currently working from Hyderabad (base location), but I’m thinking of swiping from the Bangalore office for a few months. My project doesn’t have any ODC in Bangalore and no location dependency — all my teammates are from different places.

Is it okay to swipe from a different TCS office like that for long-term? Anyone done this before or know if it’s allowed? Do I need to take any approvals?

No need to ask or say anything to anyone. Just raise access to desired building and enjoy.

As per tcs policy it is clearly mentioned you can't swipe from different base locations. Your HR will soon email you in case you do that without taking any approval from the manager

I've been swiping at a location different from my base for the past 3 months. Haven't faced any issues so far. Incase you do, It's best you keep it to yourself or only let very close and trusted acquaintances know about this.
