Anyone Super Serious on Upskilling and Switching ?

Looking at the current trends I was getting sick but I spent 2 years in my company mostly working on devsecops and devops works little ot no development , I m planning upskill myself in fullstack industry grade projects this year and shift to tier-1 or 2 , companies , i do get time if I make but I m being lazy and exhausted , anyone up for being a study partner , who can push nd motivate eachother, No quitters please.
