- Does anyone in C1 have a fixed CTC?
- Do you know what percentage of CTC will be allocated for the VP on promotion from B2 to C1 for someone with a 16.5 fixed CTC? Or can we continue with the fixed CTC?
PS: Worried these days as it will impact my cost of living in Bangalore who is having monthly home loan emi.

10% is variable
On promotion to C1 does fixed components are hiked or is it just they create 10% variable (you said) and kept as VP?
Or is it possible to get 5% variable in this promotion and 10% of CTC is well kept as VP 😢in hand will become less this case.

Every parameter will be adjusted...but one this is base i.e. whatever new package you will get, 10% will be variable. And i have seen some cases where only minimal hike was given on promotion and since the grade also changed to C1, 10% is kept as variable. In short, the in hand salary was reduced due to same 5% increment and introduction of 10% as variable
