Hello Everyone, Hope you and your loved ones are good!

  1. Does anyone in C1 have a fixed CTC?
  2. Do you know what percentage of CTC will be allocated for the VP on promotion from B2 to C1 for someone with a 16.5 fixed CTC? Or can we continue with the fixed CTC?

PS: Worried these days as it will impact my cost of living in Bangalore who is having monthly home loan emi.

On promotion to C1 does fixed components are hiked or is it just they create 10% variable (you said) and kept as VP?

Or is it possible to get 5% variable in this promotion and 10% of CTC is well kept as VP 😢in hand will become less this case.

Can you provide clarity?

Every parameter will be adjusted...but one this is base i.e. whatever new package you will get, 10% will be variable. And i have seen some cases where only minimal hike was given on promotion and since the grade also changed to C1, 10% is kept as variable. In short, the in hand salary was reduced due to same 5% increment and introduction of 10% as variable
