Anyone still hoping for hike this year?

Going forward jobs will be very difficult. If you work for 8 hrs or 12 hrs or 24hrs, You get the same pack.

My suggestion to all the juniors is to start working on your second source of income from now onwards atleast 2 to 3 hrs a day.

So that by the time you reach 15 yrs exp, the secondary source will start earning you.

It's your responsibility to take care of your future.
