Anyone responded to the outstanding demand due to tax credit issue?

Has anyone here responded to the outstanding demand notice in income tax portal due to the tax credit issue?

Do we need to respond to it or not?

If we need to respond then what are the steps?

I am just worried that if I don't respond; will they reprocess as mentioned in ultimatix or not.
