Trending @Infosys; Anyone resigned without any offer letter in hand?
Been having hard time with project, not getting interview calls either so finding it risky to put a notice period too. Anyone took the risk of puttng on notice period without any offers?
@FrozenFiner1 @joe will appreciate ur reply here. Did u first take release from ur current project and then put papers? or put papers while working in project itself.
bcz suppose if one gets no offer till last day(worst case) then they can't rejoin their last project as their replacement will have been onboarded by then and their access revoked in that last project.

It depends on you, see no one wants to work in the company after you put down your papers, think positively you will get it, its a risky game prepare well before thinking of resignation. you have two choices if your project is ok then i recommend you to put down papers and contribute to the same project till lwd, if they release you and you are not willing to join any project and resign. they will force you to do somework pressurise you. again its a risky game play well

i did last year, there were no interviews scheduled till last month, got 3 offers in last 15 days. notice period matters here.

I'm going to put my resignation without an offer in hand. I lost so many offers because of notice period. Going to play a risky game. Not sure If I will find an offer or not. I'm putting everything in Gods hand.
All the best, at last week you can withdraw if no offers(hopefully you get a offer🙂) and what is your tech stack?
Please do share if you get any offer after u put ur papers now(without offer). As I will also do the same.

Yes bro I resigned on May starting without any offer in hand , by good grace I got offer in June and I am now working in product based company as a automation test engineer

Did you get any counter offer from infy?

I was in Infosys previously, Infosys tried to retain me just my changing my role which was already about to happen by default

Joining without offer not risky but without preparation will risky.

I did today , with out any offer in hand let's see what happens

Keep me updated

Anyone knows what are the implications if one doesn't complete the notice period

Were you able get offer letter to join within 60 day? If so atleast you can try for early release. sometime they will extend date of joining, if you are not able to join within 60 days. This is also not safer option.

I have not gotten any offer letters till now so asking

What will happen if we left without completing notice? (By submitting assets and ID)
