Resigned yesterday without any offer

Applying to companies with 90 days notice period. Started interview preparation

Resigned already, a month before the talent outcome!

I came to know from one of my friend now colleague in accenture that they have been trying to trigger resignation and reduce headcount for almost 2-3 years now that is why they are not paying good hike and salary.

I resigned 3 days ago with an offer. I just came out of paternity leave this week so I didn't know my rewards outcome and didn't care . I checked today it was a 5% hike.
