I live somewhere close to that. Although knowledge park is full of students and hostels, it's adjacent sectors like omega 1 and 2 have a very decent environment for families as well as bachelors (lots of localities for both). The cost of living is nothing compared to Delhi Or Gurgaon Or even Noida. Lots of options to pick from and is also very well connected. Let me know if you want to know anything more specific.
