Not to de-motivate..but hardly 1-2% get successful in getting changed by rejection..but try your luck . And follow continuously to ur reviewer and manager..don't wait for the last minute reviewer / Appraiser not come to you for rejection of band u only need to approach

ok, so continuous follow up can help ? I mean in my case, i m heaign that recommended was B but senior folks changed to lower not sure why …

No guarantees..but it can ..if you dont follow..they will not all be bothered by your rejection
