Anyone recently appeared for EPAM interview? Hows your experience with the same?

Epam will shortlist only those who can join early but their interview process will take a couple of weeks 🤣

For Data domain, irrespective of your role, there will be an online test by codility (this not only checks for correct code but also for performance - I like this concept) then you'll have 1.5 hours of tech interview twice then a managerial.

I really don't understand the need for ~6 hours of the interview process.
