My manager said He will nominate me, but I have not received any such email yet :(

I have denied my Managers offer for H1B, my current CTC is in 20-24L bracket. I’m fine with this salary in India, being with family members and kids. I hope i made the correct decision, also I might clear bridge for IC , waiting for the results SCon in IC. Any thoughts?? should i have agreed to mngr’s offer?
