Trending @Accenture; Anyone promoted in last 1 or 2 year?
Any one who got promoted in last 1 or 2 years, please share your % hike you got along with your role & ctc if possible. This would help understand the market & negotiate with the manager in current cycle. Thanks in advance.
Few of my colleagues got promoted the person who was senior analyst become lead with only 12% hike (nov 2024)
And person with analyst role got promoted to senior analyst with 25% hike ,i believe hike is totally dependent on your ctc and current market max they can go upto 25
2nd person (analyst) also got promoted in November 2024?
Thanks, it helps, I'm expecting promotion from analyst to senior analyst, but seeing all the post here, everyone talking about 13% default for promotion, not sure it's fixed for every level or it differs this time
