Hi , can someone confirm who has been living in wagholi from long time if its worth moving there as there are rents reasonable and property prices are also within the budget, Are there any major issues that area faces or if its manageable and worth investing in that area

Roads aren't good.
Wagholi is famous for its dust.
So many people create memes on Wagholi saying they are covered in white dust (due to construction and bad roads dust) when they return from Wagholi.
Also PMC doesn't give much attention to any issues of Wagholi - just take property tax from residents.
