Anyone like me, i want to talk wasn't feeling nice

I feel I'm ignored. Eat food alone in cafeteria and then go to my place sit do my work and come back. Many teammates are not here in India. No girl in my immediate team. On top of it women talk to men in canteen, joke laugh and every other place but nobody talks to me. Once I tried talking to a girl she talked for 2 mins then went away. I wonder girls show interest in talking to men but no girl showed interest in me i believe. I'm not very good looking maybe below average but it doesn't feel nice at all.

I doing good in all other areas of life but this is an untouched area, everyone is dating and no body seems interested to just be even friends with me. You have to carry a fake smile always but what I'm going through is only I know.
