Anyone knows what is detagging?
I am on bench and I asked early release then my rmg told detagging is done , drop a new resignation mail.
What are the chances of me getting released early?
You will get released early as you are on bench.
You will generally be ‘allocated’ to a project AND ‘tagged’ to a ISU/Unit. When you are released from project, you may still be tagged to ISU/Unit in the intial days of release in hopes that you may be utilised in another account within the same unit. If they don’t have a need in the unit, then you will be ‘detagged’ from that unit and will be available for other ISU/Unit to pick up.
If detagged, it means you are open for grabs. And if this is in situation of resignation, then you have a good possibility of early last working day.
