Trending @Cognizant; Anyone knows how does average days in office calculated? As average days should be 2.5 to get promoted how they calculating?

I started going to the office last week if I go 3 day/week. Will I be eligible for next quarter?

If we spend more time in office will it OK to just follow 2 days a week?
