You need to complete two years in PA and then you will be eligible for A. In this case your rating also matters. As of now you will be eligible after sep 24.

This time they are promoting mostly those who have 4 or 5 rating in the last year

Same I also joined on sep 2022 and I have completed 1 year 11 month and previous year I got 2 rating will they give me promotion or in if I get good rating this then they will promote me in 2025 ?
