Trending @Accenture; Anyone know how one switches DU? What's the procedure?

I'm in the Design field and the Song team seems to have a good design culture. I was wondering about the procedure to switch from current DU to Song.

just talk to ur manager, they will guide u through the process.

Unfortunately I doubt my manager would want me to leave the team and DU. I have asked PMO's and they say it's rather tedious in terms of the switch.
