Trending @Accenture; Anyone in SFDC Factory project and got nothing in this cycle.

Hi all,

Heard all the resources who are tagged into SFDC Factory project have very minimal chance of getting any promotion or hike.

I heard from my PL, they said there are numerous project under this SFDC Factory and very few candidates eligible for rewards. The talent team is checking on the basis of who has done the "most unique" 🙄🙄 or "impossible things", "out of the universe " 😒😒 apart from project work.

Those with exceptional cases are getting promoted.

They said there is no favouritism involved. But I highly doubt that.

All the leads, AM, Managers they took their promotion without doing anything and for CL below 9 (especially CL 10) they need something special as if we are begging and they are doing mercy on us by giving low bonus and hike.

Pls share your own experience.
