Typically there could be some issue with them being able to verify your docs in an automated way
Try raising a support ticket or resubmitting
Meta support does not exist/sucks
7 days is nothing. We built an app which never got approved - and no we aren't bozos. Meta developer community is full of such martyrs (read dead indie developers)
