I am a software associate from capgemini. I was working on infrastructure and operation management project from last 2 years. But, now I feel that 3 LPA salary is not at all possible to survive in Bangalore or anywhere. I tried to talk to my manager but he talked to me in so rude way about my appraisal way that the project budget is too low. So I resigned from capgemini and now I am serving notice period and actively looking for new opportunities . I have tried few companies it not getting any positive reply. I was working on Infrastructure and operations domain so please if you have any job openings in your organisation. Please refer me or give me any advise where I can join.
