I helped someone who went through Revolut product role process. So maybe my source of info may not be first hand experience.

Work Culture - Ruthless, they have hire, fire policies.

Pay - At par/lowerside with FAANGs

Hiring Process - It starts with recruiter call and basis the first filtering (relevancy of profile), post this they send out a CAT-type analytical test, 3 rounds of interview with every round as elimination round.

Tips - Google Search is best friend to learn more about profile specific hiring processes. Good content out there.
