Trending @Accenture; Anyone here from PMO?

I need to understand how the lock-in process works. What is difference between soft lock and Hard future lock? What is RRD? Who all can access Abascus? In short the entire process - end to end till roll off.

Soft lock is when you are considered for a project as a potential. You are not yet confirmed for the project.
Hardlock is when you are confirmed to be working on the project.
When you are softlocked by 1 project, another project can also place a challenge soft lock. But the other project cannot directly hardlock you if you already have a softlock. The softlock must be removed from the 1st project, so that someone else can place hardlock.
Hard future lock is because you are currently already in a project & will be rolled off in future & from then on the new project hardlock will be implemented. Your softlock details cannot be viewed by you. project managers can view it i believe.

This helps. Thanks for your response.
What is RRD though? Who all can access Abascus?

I confirm @BlueCereal 's answer. I was in soft lock since the past 5 days and challenge lock for the past 2 days. 2nd one even though more suitable acc to my skillset couldn't directly Hardlock me, ended up getting hard-locked to the 1st one today. This one is also nice, just that I'll need to learn new stuff.
