Trending @Accenture; Anyone here considered working with GCCs (Global Capability Centres)? Apparently they pay at-least 20-30% higher!

I'm referring to companies that hire devs in india but working on global tech/projects. Companies like:

  • Adidas
  • Bosch
  • Mercedes Benz
  • Siemens
  • Shell
  • Schneider Electric etc.

Curious to know if anybody is applying and has some suggestion tips on how to get through??

I'm working for a GCC. They pay well, WLB is decent. The team size is comparatively very small so you may expect more responsibilities and would have to be in front in most of the cases

Just keep on trying. And there are people who transitioned. Search LinkedIn. But underestimating yourself isn't good.

I'm from a top GCC, they pay really well compared to ATCI, and the culture's great too.
