Anyone heard about people prime worldwide whose client is LTIMindtree?

I am getting an offer from people prime worldwide for LTIMINDTREE and they are saying 3 months contract and then I will be converted to FTE for LTIM ? I am confused should I accept it decline! Can I trust this consultancy?
