Anyone having idea about C2 TO C3A promotion cycle.

Why do you need promotion? C2 to C3A gives you overall 5% hike, but you’d get that anyway with an A or B band. Plus, you lose 100% QVP and get extra work in the name of “bonus” lol. Staying in C2 sounds like the real win.
