I have joined accenture 5 months back yesterday i have received mail about employee share purchase plan. So just want to know what's process and who can eligible? Should we need to pay for this or company pay?

It depends on your salary, if your salary is less don't opt out because they will cut 10% of salary every month which of no use when it is less but if salary is greater than 1lakh then its god
