Trending @Infosys; Anyone have any idea about the yearly hike?

Already spoke with manager. Jl6 already had a meeting last month with hr and dm. No hike this year. Our manager already told , if you need hike, you can look outside. 98% chances are thr will not get hike this year. Even if we get , do not expect more than 4%> Many of the promotions, for jl4 to 5 is already late. People are waiting for promotion from last 2years.
