Anyone has info on this quarter's promotions?

Just wanted to check if any announcement is coming soon.

Also, is anyone else stuck because of the 90-day notice period? I'm actively looking for opportunities, but most recruiters prefer 30-day or immediate joiners. Some don’t even reply after hearing about the notice period and I can't risk losing my job right now without any offer. It's really frustrating.
