Trending @Accenture; Anyone has attempted mycompetency cloud expert assessment?

The exam is fully supervised but there is no use of appearing for it .
I appeared for it around 6 months back, still there is no result published. I logged the incident in the support portal and the incident is also open for the past 6 months. No one knows what to do next.
