Did anyone completed their 1 to 1 discussion and got to know about the hikes ? I heard that there will be recession again in 2025 and companies are planning for no hikes this year's also is that true ?

Yes I got to know about hike. My people lead connected with me and told me manager is considering me for promotion from level 11 to level 10 due to my good performance and will be giving me 30% raise in November cycle 😊😊❤️❤️
