whose existing ctc is 8.15 LPA and got promoted to SA? what will be the expected hike is it 15% or will they upgrade the ctc as per the position slab

I can tell u in the first week of Feb ,how much it is ..though our management informed not to expect much

Me too A to SA and in the same CTC as you Assuming it will be 25% hike. This is based on increments from last quarter within my circle
