Trending @Accenture; Anyone got non compliance mail for not going to office ? What will be the impact any idea plz

I attended last week one day for 3 hr approx still got the mail today

My lead informed everyone the same,whoever is not attending at least once in a week to office,will get a warning mail first followed by termination

Hours is not monitored and even if you have exception you will get mail, you should read mail properly where they have mentioned exceptions are not tracked. Mails comes for two weeks and in the 3rd friday. Its not that fast like you went today and you got mail tomorrow. Stop spreading rumours.

Most likely there will be 2 more warnings before termination as per the picture that is circulating in grapevine and Reddit
