You will get gratuity definitely as this is the policy of India. Maybe it might take some 30-45 days from the LWD

Gratuity calculation - 15 ÷ 26 x No. Of years of experience in Accenture x last drawn basic pay. Gratuity amount received is exempted upto 20L from tax. Beyond this amount it is taxable.

Accenture provides Gratuity only when we leave the company and min tenure is 4 years some 250 days, but it's better to assume as min 5 years. The amount you will receive depends on your basic salary and your tenure in Accenture.

Yes, It is legal right. I got the tax free gratuity 😀 after completing 8.7 yrs in Accenture. It got credited to my bank account after 15 days from my LWD at Accenture.

it is legal right to gratuity ,if you are in the payroll of accenture for 5 years then it is mandatory to give
