Anyone got exception to RTO from HR
I have been following up with the HR since 8-10 months now for RTO exception due to medical reason but no conclusion yet. I had talked with HR TCS doctor etc.orally they are okay to give approval but not yet on mail and while asking for it on mail they are asking for for new docs every time.it seems they are just stretching the time and done want to approve it on mail.

Yes i got a exemption for RTO from supervisor nd HR both, and it’s approved in ultimatix also….. but still city allowance recovery is happening….!!!
Have you ever received any mail from HR for RTO non compliance?
No…from January month, my city allowance recovery started, so I informed them about this..they asked me about WFO or not. I said no, then supervisor asked for exemption from HR on my Behalf. So it’s raised and approved, still city allowance recovery is happening.
Is your project also aligned with that?? As per my understanding they will not give any blanket exception. Medical or any other exception will be time bound.. 1 month or so.. After that they will ask for LWP or might be project will release you to warm the benches where nobody will be bothered about you
My project does not have any issues ..in fact they only initiated the mail for my exceptional approval..but HR is not approving it even after all medical certificates and even TCs doctors orally given the approval
Get the medical documents from any reputed hospital..upload the same in GESS. then connect the Approval HR and followup with them for approval...But HR will ask for all medical certificates including scans and reports...Both project and HR approval required for official approval.if you raise an exception request in GESS , you will get tonknow everything.

I got the exception to RTO now...and that to without a follow since a month with HR ...that's strange
For medical exception raise exception for short period like raise it for 1st for one month after one month is completed raise it again for 1st for one month with latest prescription they will approve. This is the process as they are not allowed to approve for long and have to review every month so approval will be received easily for anything for a month or less
Try escalating it to Country HR. If he is also helpless then escalte it to corporate to remove option from Ultimatix as it is not helping anyone.
