This quarter is Q4 not Q3. HR said in September we will get promotion results. But unsure on exact date.

Did any one explain what is the additional eligibility criteria for this Q3 promotion... Is they are checking this additional or not ?

As same as Q3 but RTO consideration will be for different months than Q3. Rating 3 and above
RTO 2.5 days avg per week ( not sure which month duration they will consider for Q4) There must be no disciplinary action taken in last 12 months.
