Anyone got A+ band (is there something like A+) ?. If A+ exist, will the A+ be there as a band in system or just it will impact the hike?

Actually bro A+ band is not mentioned anywhere officially but if you are nominated for A+ then you will get 10-12% extra hike on top of normal hike slab for A band. A+ will be given to atleast and max 1 person in a project compulsory. It's a rule. Best performer will get this. But sad thing is 99% of people who get this are bootlickers and they won't reveal this to anyone.

Officially I guess no. on paper A band, you may get nominated for an A+ l with some extra hikes. It depends on the unit and project and your past performance.

There is no link between wings or hi talent with the band. I completed multiple wings milestone and haven't received A Band

there is no A + plus its just A band and high talent.Last year i got an increment around 11 percent for A band.If believe if you get at-least two A band continuously and have clear either wings1 or 2 u will become high talent and get around 11 to 12 percent hike

A+ is there for ass lickers and long timers who show loyalty
