Anyone got A band even if they have stayed less than 3 hours in the office , or have not maintained 85% attendance in the office?
Your band is determined by the value you provide to clients, if you get client appreciation then it's almost guaranteed.
Do not believe this RTO thing. It ONLY affects your quarterly pay. Nothing more than that. Rest all is just a hoax being created to give you the lower Band. They are just finding loopholes to lower your increments and give your share of increments to someone else! Good relations with manager, dependency are the only factors determining the Band. HR listens to the manager and reviewer only. They do not have any discretion in this! All power rest in the hands of your manager! Mine RTO was also low, spent hardly 5mins in office. Still got A.
I just swiped daily but got A band
How much is your visibility and dependency in the project, account and clients feedback about you, matters. There are multiple factors such as tech skills, team members feedback and also your soft skills will be considered.
My feb rto index is 10. Jan index is 62. Still got A

I was just swiping in and out for the whole year but made sure RTO is more than 80%. I have not got any mail from HR. Also got A band. Last year I got C
