Anyone got A+ band?

But then who is top performer, like every year tcs saying they given 12 to 15% hike to top performer.. But A band employee only getting 7 to 8%
Then is any more band or process to decide top performer?

A band is Highest bro ....it u get A band last year and this year if u get A band then u will get around 8-10% hike

If u get B band last year and this year of u get A band u will get 6-7% hike

Hike percentage is not same for everybody
