Anyone getting more than 33lpa on B3? If yes please share years of experience and technology.
Which means you have good niche skills. Because 33 lakh package is C2 getting.
What is C1 band package?

I have 35 CTC at B3. 13 years total and 10.5 years relevant experience. You CTC totally depends on your current package and the need in the project.
Your technology?
It is not the matter of technology only. I know people with 9/10 years 35 lpa. Important thing is how good you are in your skills and how well you can sell your skills. No one can judge you in 1 hr of interviews. It is 50% luck and 50% hard work. Try to understand what other person is expecting from your position and experience then sell your skills accordingly. Never ever try to show off employers by naming some fancy skills. BTW I started my 1 year as Linux device driver developer, 2nd year worked on very old technologies like Open VMS,languages like Bliss, Macro etc. Then after 2.5 years when changed my 1st company got introduced to ERP. Since then I have been in same technology. So the important thing is understand your capabilities and be flexible to learn any technologies. NO LEARNING IS WASTE.
Basic structure is like
B2 band - 12-16 lakhs
B3 band - 14- 25 lakhs
C1 band - 22- 28 lakhs
C2 band - 25 - 31 lakhs

Im vice president of wipro...it's highly impossible to get 33 lakhs for B3...unless u have python or AIML skillset
I'm in B3 band having package of 16 LPA , technical lead, total exp is 7.5 years.
