Anyone from UPS account?

I’m getting into a UPS account where the project is from kochi and I’m getting into a manual testing role. Is it good to get into this account in terms of balanced shift times and career growth along with learning.

Does the US client projects shift is good to balance or they will ask us to stretch more time ?
