Anyone from IBM ISL?

You have to be in the good books of the managers. Even though they have neurodiverse, trainings, non biased policies etc, use your charm, networking and connections to save yourself. Chances are you might end up in PIP if you don't build the rapo with your manager and the area of improvement marked would be to network with people.
